Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.

International Orders

For international shipments, the customer may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.
